The V-Tail is an optional replacement tail for the DRT Klash 9, designed to significantly alter the lure’s action and fine-tune it to your personal preferences. Depending on the installed lip, the Klash develops a slightly rolling action during a steady retrieve, with reduced joint movement.
During deadwalking, the V-Tail truly shines – the front section of the lure tilts side-to-side while the bait itself remains almost motionless within the strike zone. The upper and lower parts of the tail differ in thickness and stiffness, creating a layered, independent movement with every tail beat.
Even when simply floating on the surface, its upward-facing silhouette attracts predatory fish. This optional part expands the potential of the KLASH series, suitable for everything from slow retrieves to high-speed cranking.
